Delete Your Account

You can delete your Thrivify account and all associated data at any time. When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your user profile, linked sign-in methods, and any optional verified phone number
- All conversations you participate in
- All messages (text and voice) in those conversations
- Any voice recordings and media files
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1: Delete from the App
- Open Thrivify
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Your account and all data will be deleted immediately.
Option 2: Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app, send an email to ryan@thrivify.app from any email address with the subject line "Delete my Thrivify account" and include the email address, handle, or optional verified phone number associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
What Happens After Deletion
- Your account is removed from our database immediately (in-app deletion) or within 7 business days (email request)
- Conversations you participated in are deleted for all participants
- Analytics data associated with your account is purged according to our standard retention schedule (up to 180 days)
- You may create a new account with the same email address, handle, or optional verified phone number after deletion
