Thrivify ("we", "us", "our") is a relationship conversation app that delivers daily prompts to help couples connect. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

• Account identifiers — your email address, Apple account, Google account, chosen handle, and any optional verified phone number you add for contact discovery.
• Conversation messages — text and voice messages exchanged between you and your partner within the app.
• Voice recordings — optional voice messages you record in conversations. These may be processed with voice effects you select.
• Usage analytics — app interactions, crash logs, and performance diagnostics to improve the app experience. All analytics are stored in our own database; we do not use third-party analytics services.
• Device identifiers — used for push notifications and analytics correlation.

How We Use Your Information

• Authenticate your identity and maintain your account
• Deliver conversation prompts and enable messaging with your partner
• Process voice messages and apply voice effects
• Send push notifications for new prompts and messages
• Monitor app performance and fix issues

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Your conversation content is only visible to the participants in each conversation.

We may share data only when required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS). Voice recordings and media are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

Data Retention

• Account and conversation data — retained while your account is active
• Analytics and diagnostics — retained for up to 180 days
• Error logs — retained for up to 45 days

Your Rights

• Delete your account and all associated data — open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Delete Account". Alternatively, email us at ryan@thrivify.app. You can also visit our account deletion page for detailed instructions.
• Request a copy of your data — email ryan@thrivify.app.

Children's Privacy

Thrivify is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by updating the date at the top of this page.
