Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Thrivify mobile application ("App") operated by Thrivify ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You must create an account using a supported sign-in method such as email magic link, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Thrivify.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share content that is hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create within the App, including text and voice messages. By posting content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver that content to intended recipients within the App. We do not claim ownership of your content.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Thrivify offers optional paid subscriptions ("Thrivify+") that unlock additional features. By purchasing a subscription:

• You authorize recurring charges at the subscription rate displayed at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Payment is charged through your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play)
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the applicable app store

5. Voice Features

The App may offer AI-powered voice effects that modify how your voice sounds in messages. These effects are applied to your recordings with your consent and are intended for entertainment purposes only. We are not responsible for how recipients perceive or use voice-modified messages.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Thrivify and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or our business. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings or by contacting us at ryan@thrivify.app.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or free from errors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thrivify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
